These gatherings are designed for women who grew up with emotionally unavailable, controlling, or narcissistic parents - women who learned to stay small, quiet, or “good” in order to survive. Here, you no longer have to hold everything alone. In this space, you will reconnect with your voice, understand your patterns, and release the shame that was never yours. Together, we explore how childhood wounds show up in motherhood, relationships, self-worth, and daily life - and how to create a healthier, softer, more empowered path forward. Each session combines emotional insight, nervous system tools, and supportive conversation so you can begin rewriting the story of your life with compassion and confidence. This is where the cycle ends - and your freedom begins.
